Retail Operations and Strategy

Working as an International Business Trainee in one of BESTSELLER’s retail departments, you will become part of a dynamic team where the overall focus is BESTSELLER’s stores and their operations.

You can choose to become a trainee in one of our retail departments where you work with various assignments within retail operations and retail strategy. This involves assignments as analyzing and following-up on the performance of the stores. Moreover, it can include being trained in working out and implementing marketing plans for our retail chains to ensure the right expression of the stores.

As an International Business Trainee in retail there are also a wide range of possibilities within our own retail organizations where the stores and their product range remain the main focus of your daily work. You can be trained in how to buy the right products for the stores which requires good analytical skills and knowledge within retail planning and allocation.

In general, working with retail in BESTSELLER involves frequent visits to our stores and daily focus on key figures in order to make sure that our stores have the right foundation for selling our products.
