Working as an International Business Trainee in one of BESTSELLER’s sourcing departments, you will become part of a dynamic sourcing team where you will work in close cooperation with mainly our suppliers and also our design and sales departments. Working within sourcing, it is essential that you have a natural flair for fashion and that you are able to build up a good dialogue with BESTSELLER’s suppliers and international buying offices.
You will work with various assignments within buying. You participate in the initiation of new collections, work out purchase orders and handle other administrative tasks related to the buying department.
In time you will be negotiating prices, qualities, deliveries, etc. with suppliers, which is why it is very important that you have a natural business talent and a good understanding of general business practices.
