Working as an International Business Trainee in one of BESTSELLER’s wholesale departments, you will become part of a dynamic sales team where focus is on having the right product at the right time. It is essential that you have a good understanding of general business practices and that you have a natural sales talent. Moreover, it is important that you have flair for fashion and that you are updated on the latest trends.

You will work with various assignments within sales. You participate in planning and implementing promotional initiatives to reach the financial goals of the department. A main focus of yours will be to select the right styles to sell on your market. You achieve this by building up good relations to customers and other business partners and thereby developing a good understanding of the market that you work with.

As part of a sales team, you will be in daily contact with many people. Among others, you will be in close cooperation with the local sales representatives on your market. This includes supporting them in their daily work. Moreover, in time you will participate in collection meetings both on a long-term and short-term basis to make sure that you choose the right products for your market.
