To be an International Business Trainee at BESTSELLER means that you are expected to be an ambassador for BESTSELLER’s values and principles which are an essential part of how we do business.
BESTSELLER’s International Business Trainee is a challenging two-year programme which focuses on creating business specialists within specific business units, see further under ‘Specialist fields’.
The International Business Trainee Programme consists of three periods with practical work experience and four school gatherings which include both theoretical training and examinations.
The first working period takes place in Denmark. For the following two periods, you will get the opportunity to gain work experience at one or two foreign BESTSELLER destinations.
With the programme, we offer ambitious people with the right spirit and attitude from all over the world the opportunity to obtain great knowledge about BESTSELLER’s business and culture through various assignments at office locations in Denmark and at foreign BESTSELLER destinations.
In BESTSELLER, we believe in learning by doing. As an International Business Trainee you will be working on equal terms with your colleagues with support from your daily coach. From the day you join us, you will be challenged in your daily work and obtain a great deal of responsibility.
